Kenneth Ufere Uchenna is a partner at KS Advisory Partners Limited, a financial consulting firm specializing in project management, real estate, and oil and gas. He assumed this position in June 2022 after serving as Executive Director at Princeps Credit Systems Limited (March 2020 – June 2022). With over 20 years of banking experience, Mr. Ufere has held roles across operations, commercial banking, credit and marketing, and risk management.

His banking career began at Equitorial Trust Bank in branch operations (Feb 1998 – Mar 1999). He later became branch head of operations at Standard Trust Bank (now UBA), contributing to the development of the North-East Region with Gombe State as its hub. He also served in Fortune International Bank’s commercial banking department (Nov 2001 – Nov 2004) and Diamond Bank (May 2006 – July 2009), where he led recovery efforts in Lagos and the West Region.

Mr. Ufere held a senior management position at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (Aug 2009 – June 2017) as Head of Loan Monitoring and Recovery, and later at Union Bank Plc (July 2017 – Mar 2020) as Head of Business Support and Recovery.

Before banking, he worked at SEEPC Nigeria Limited, a French manufacturing company, as Maintenance Officer and later Maintenance Manager at its largest poultry farm in Kano State.

Currently, Mr. Ufere is a shareholder in Princeps Holding Company and a director at Cycord Ventures Limited and Ancient Rock Services International Limited. He holds a B.Eng in Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and an MBA from ESUT Business School, Lagos. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, the Institute of Operations Management (University of Warwick), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB).
